What we collect

When you request a tow quote through a widget powered by Online Towing Quotes, we collect the details you enter: pickup and drop-off locations, requested time, service and vehicle details, your name, phone number, and optionally your email address.

How it is used

• To calculate your estimate.
• To send your request to the towing company so they can accept or decline it.
• To notify you of the towing company's decision, if you provided an email address.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Retention

Your name, phone number, and email address are automatically deleted from completed, declined, and expired requests after the retention window (90 days by default). The estimate details and pricing breakdown are kept for record-keeping without your contact information.

Sharing

Your request details are shared with the towing company whose widget you used. Notification delivery providers (email/SMS) process contact details only to deliver messages.
